Unrestrained

Boundaries are created,

Lines are drawn,

Markings are made,

Specifications are listed,

Attires worn aren’t similar,

Food eaten isn’t familiar,

Language spoken is peculiar,

 

The water flows across the boundaries created,

Across the markings made,

Never a thought given,

To the specifications listed,

Attires that doesn’t look similar.

 

The water flows from one end to another,

Happily unaware of

The language that isn’t audible,

Food that it hasn’t seen .

 

Mesmerized it many,

Through the beauty of its flow.

 

Blessed it, many,

Through its waters that has fed aplenty.

 

Lines drawn,

Is it the act of conquering one & all?

Does it put a stop to the water that ever stands tall?
