Thank you Bikurgurl for running the challenge and also providing the photo prompt.

Zoom! they went past. The little girl beckoned her parents to stop.

Wondered they why,  in a hurry they were to reach the resort before evening.

“Looks like it’s going to rain, dear! Let’s not miss our weekend fun by stopping here”, said her mom.

The tantrums of the girl won and they did stop by the river.

“What a wise decision it is”, said Papa. The sight of geese with her goslings, ducks, herons, cranes and what not.

It did rain like Mama said, and they had to return. That night, Nisha slept well, for she spent an hour in mother nature’s lap.
