A cuppa to remember

This week’s photo prompt is provided by shivamt25. Thank you shivamt25 for our prompt!

The time of the day played a part in deciding the type of coffee he preferred. To start the day with,it was a strong black coffee that he indulged in.Plenty of decoction, with a little bit of sugar,so as to not to mask the bitterness.

He always insisted on getting up early to make the most of a given day. With little to no culinary skills,it was mixing the ingredients of his cuppa, that gave him a sense of an accomplished chef.

As simple was his preference of coffee,a pair of sunglasses marked his style statement.During the era when it was considered a luxury, this pair kept him company. So much so that he was nicknamed as the, “Sunglasses Uncle”.

All of his friends gathered there were treated to their choice of coffee. The sunglasses was poised to gather attention. It was twenty five years since he had departed to infinity, but not a moment passed without his reminiscence.
