A single drop,

With a soft or a loud plop,

Holds innumerable meaning, depending on an occasion,

Or a person’s emotional equation,

It accompanies, the first time we come here,

And stays with us in times of fear,

Sorrow, joy,

Sincere tears or a part of ploy,

All that matters when we complete our stay here,

Is the amount of tears others have, while into thin air we disappear,

Assuring number of hearts we’ve touched while here,

Memory of our stay, endear.
