Bliss ?

PHOTO PROMPT © Fatima Fakier Deria

Gazing into each other’s eyes and murmuring sweet nothings they were in a blissful state. It was their first trip together as a married couple. Months of saving and planning had yielded this.

Oblivious to a baby screaming nearby, the conductor asking for their tickets, or even the person pick-pocketing their cash.

The person in their adjacent seat, opened his eyes when he no longer could hear the murmur between the couple. Earlier in the day, an ad announcing a reward with a picture of the couple had caught his eyes. He was stalking them since then.

98 words.

Here is a place for a journal, for observations and recording, for writing and musing, another place to be.
