Not very long ago,
There was a man who liked to go with the flow,
Without much cares,
Without any airs,
One day for want of fresh air,
Took he a stroll wearing his new boots, Oh! A fine pair,
Idly meandering,
Wondering,
To proceed along,
Or turn around,
Gliding over yonder,
Mystical blue coloured butterflies, making him ponder,
Were they the very fabled to,
Grant boon of immortality? As if on a cue,
One across him flew,
Or was he imagining everywhere colour blue,
Avarice blinded him,
To capture these magical beauties was his utmost whim,
“No entry” sign he failed to see,
Immortal, he wanted to be,
It was last we ever heard of the man who,
Until some time ago only wanted to go with the flow, this picture he surely didn’t have in view.
