Over the years,
The jars of mind,
Accumulates different things,
Knowingly or unknowingly,
Some that it sees,
Some that it likes,
Some that it fears,
Some that it hears,
What is it to unload some of it,
Once in a while,
Will we ever know?
If only we try,
Unlearning to learn.

The jars will get filled up with something else, after being emptied, but the turnover is good for mental health π

Great concept. We see and hear a lot but how much of it stays with us forever?

So true, Kitty. Unless we pour some of the tea out of the cup we cannot add more (Chuang Tzu paraphrase.)
