New music

Cravings of a being,

Beyond glitter of materialistic realms,

Buried deep in,

Hinterlands of heart,

Those tiny pleasures,

Early morning,

Waking to chirping of birds,

The innocent avians,

Goading us to rise and shine,

While they search for grains,

Happily sucking nectar off flowers,

Before daylight wanes.

Daylight dwindling,

Calming effects,

Of moon and stars,

Take over,

As they put us to sleep,

Knowing everything’s well,

With the world and you,

Mighty aspirations,

Bow down to tiny pleasures,

Of everyday life,

Until tomorrow,

Where new music awaits.
