Mired

Mired in labyrinths of consciousness,

I search for the elusive key,

To a mysterious, sacred vault,

That which lies deep in the unknown.

I run, run endlessly,

Without a stop for breath,

Brandishing my weapon of curiosity,

Over- powering obstacles,

I search for that oasis of light,

Only to reach a point of no return, mirage.
