Messenger

O! So far away,

Meeting right away isn’t possible anyway,

Won’t the sun,

Won’t the stars,

Won’t the moon,

Won’t the birds,

Carry a message of my longing to my beloved?

Heart flutters,

A gush of wind gently kissing my cheeks,

My go-to messenger.

  1. Oh this is so wistful and beautiful Kitty.
Thank you so much for submitting for the Symphony.
The March edition comes out tomorrow, I’ll be featuring this in a somewhat unique way, please stay tuned.

      1. Organising the features is the tiring bit but I think the new way you’ll see tomorrow is more fun for me, and hopefully will be fun for the reader and encourage them to click those links.
Otherwise it’s all very fun, and the new ideas somehow come naturally. My creative metre is at it’s best when I have a pen and paper in my hand.
