Confessions of a confused self

I tried to reach those fluffy clouds,
On labyrinth of mirage dreams,

Wheels of time took me to a place,
Where none ever did even once,

Is disagreement with self called,
Tumultuous war from within?

Those clouds took wings and flew, leaving,
A mockery of confused self.

Poetry form. :- Kasa ( 8 syllable lines in couplets )

  1. Stunning stunning work on the form, Kitty! 😍😍 This right here is the heart, the crux of the form … a plethora of emotions too complex to understand only felt … like the women during the Joseon Dynasty who wrote and sung ‘Kasa,”.. you took me there! Thank you so much for adding your voice to the prompt. Love it! πŸ’πŸ’
