Sucked into vortex of personalities,
Man’s ego and woman’s pride,
Which’ll succumb to another,
Maybe a peaceful war or clash of existence?
One might never know one from other
In those clear skies belies tales of genre other,
Unperturbed waters of sea paints different personalities,
Was this a forced existence,
Marriage of false pride,
Stack of dominoes fall before one another,
Blame piles from one to another,
When they finally get to know each other,
Stands of pride,
Cushions asymmetrical personalities,
Holding a mirror to each other’s existence,
Like a storm brewing suddenly, shattering subtle existence,
The sea holds a mirror to sky’s alter another,
They viewed themselves from within as same personalities,
Different while showcasing to outside world of each other,
Sea mirrors sky’s turbulence of pride,
On cliff of man’s ego and woman’s pride,
Sandwiched, a child shadowing existence,
Lukewarm toast of love for each other,
Will pride fall before love for one another,
Their pride, their ego, their child, uniting their personalities.

I love this, having known the gender war within myself for far too long and one of the main issues that has sat me on the edge too many times, I have to wonder when are we as a species gonna get it – we are all human
