A Haibun ( Prose and Haiku.)
Change
Do we really change or is change just an illusion?
Mushroom
Poetry Form :- Haiku Sequence. Thoughts behind the Haiku Sequence :- While reading about mushrooms, I found that while they grow naturally throughout the year in places which are damp, also favouring dark environs, they prefer the autumn season . Also some of the mushrooms in the wild are found to be toxic while others are edible. These Haiku sets are sequenced around that theme.

Summer
Poetry form :- Haiku (5/7/5 syllables) Thoughts behind the Haiku :- Here, I have equated summer to optimism. That unending bout of energy. Seasons change, time changes, situations change. Change is a constant. But it's upto us to carry optimism ( summer) in ourselves. It surely is difficult to be optimistic about everything at all times, but we can give it a shot. That positivity will definitely be worth our efforts.
