Free spirit

This week I've taken the liberty of converting five lines each of six word stories into a poem, capturing the theme "free" drawing inspiration from the above photo.

Mushroom

Poetry Form :- Haiku Sequence. Thoughts behind the Haiku Sequence :- While reading about mushrooms, I found that while they grow naturally throughout the year in places which are damp, also favouring dark environs, they prefer the autumn season . Also some of the mushrooms in the wild are found to be toxic while others are edible. These Haiku sets are sequenced around that theme.

Separate and unite

Thoughts behind the poem :- While each night stars and moon unite, a time comes when brightest of all stars, Sun enters and calls it a day. Not ones to lose hope, they patiently wait to be re-united again and again.
