One of the days

One of the days,

When things look bleak,

Running away from everything, seemingly,

The likely option,

Much against the time,

Which believes,

In facing challenges head on,

Right on,

As if taking a cue,

A streak of lightning,

Highlighting the lone star,

Seemingly remorseful without its comrades,

Claps of thunder,

Echoing the sentiments, a moment later,

Curtain of magical downpour amidst the darkness,

Calming the bleakness,

Soothing the nerves,

A ray of hope,

Another day awaits to continue.

      1. I like the idea of hope raining down on us, especially right now…

“Curtain of magical downpour amidst the darkness, /
        Calming the bleakness”

Here is a place for a journal, for observations and recording, for writing and musing, another place to be.
