Mirage of pain

nights flourish anxiously,
pain numbs each lullaby,
stars vie to twinkle by,
verses flow by,

nightmares sneak stealthily,
crescent moon hangs in low,
twirling dreamcatcher slow,
trickling tears flow,

these times of dawn and dusk,
days fly without stopping,
smoky realms of living,
misty daylight.

Poetry form :- Abhanga Sequence ; Abhanga (6/6/6/4 syllables. Line 2 & 3 should rhyme )
